College CIP Day
Thursday was AJC's College CIP Day (for only the second year in a row). As part of the CIP, we had to clean up East Coast Park. Where our OG cleaned up the beach, we didn't find much litter. The majority of litter we found were cigarette butts. Though we found a frog as well! The whole OG stopped work to look at the frog o.O Here's the frog:
Then we headed back to house HQ to learn some "green" cheers, before going on to the main HQ for the finale, which consisted of a mascot designing competition and cheering competition. Our house/alliance practically cheered after every sentence said by our spokesperson (for the mascot)! And then while we forgot most of our "green" cheer, the last cheer that we used was countered by some other OGLs from another alliance. So we countered back and this repeated until the emcees tell us to stop cheering:
We: Listen to our heartbeat: Bom X15 Listen to their heartbeat: tiii (Others respond) ... ...After dismissal, we took some photos before leaving for lunch (here's one) :
Others: Listen to our heartbeat: Bom X15 Listen to their heartbeat: tiii (We respond) ... ...
Repeat above until emcees tell us to stop :D :D :D

Then we went for OG lunch at Parkway Parade (PP). After walking around PP, we cannot seem to find anywhere which has seats to accommodate the whole OG. So we decided to go to Fish and Co. which was like practically empty. The waitress also kindly arranged the tables to fit the 24 of us (including the OGLs). Here's the 24 of us:

Ordering lunch was a nightmare (for the waitresses)! It took us like 20 minutes just to finish ordering the food, and then we waited for our food. The waitress served the middle section (where I was seated) first, and I got to see how large the serving was! My order for "the best fish and chips in town": One gigantic piece of fish fillet + Plenty of fries!
After I finished my fries, I ingested a handful more fries courtesy of those who can't finish all the fries, and I had to add more water to my "full" stomach (to aid digestion!). Then we sang a birthday song for the birthday boy (not quite his birthday, actually; it's about 5 days later!). Then the staff (waitress + cooks) sang their Fish and Co.'s version of "Happy Birthday" to him (they are like really high man!) and they gave a "present" to him: Ice-cream (Chocolate-flavoured I think) !
And one last thing for today: Splitting the bill (BTW, it's hundreds of dollars) among all 24 of us is madness! I mean, having to take into account GST, service charge, 10 % discount for buying in bulk (i.e. more than 2 ppl), splitting the bill is a headache and a half!
